Our house has any number of jobs- big and small- that require either time I don't have, knowledge I don't have or tools I don't have to complete.  Rick Wright listened to what we had to say, helped us prioritize the jobs to get the most bang for our buck and pointed out ways to streamline the overall schedule of work.  The pricing was extremely competitive, the work done professionally and everything put right at the end of the day.  When Rick claims there isn't anything they don't do- he means it.  My wife and I are already drawing up our list of next jobs for Wright's Homes Services to do- and did I mention their multi-job discount?  The jobs completed included tightening our gutters, replacing old metal downspouts with smooth plastic, running forty feet of downspout drain line, replacing a water heater, installing a new, modern sump pump with battery backup and running a sump drain line- all in aid of drying out our basement.  We are very pleased with the results and, as I mentioned, already planning to use Wright's again.

They came out and gave me a free est. that was far better than the other 3 I got from other companies. The service was great they cleaned up at the end of the job. Were on time and even put a flapper on my toilet and did not charge me! The owner was on site and said he would throw that in since they were already there and doing other work. I found Rick and his brothers back in the fall of 08 and needed somebody quickly. They were able to accommodate. What impresses me most about this group of professionals is the fact that they bring a multitude of talent. Their backgrounds and previous experience allow them to properly work on practically anything in the home. I had a local plumber come out to fix an antique bath tub faucet (paid over $150 for them to do it) and it was broken again after 2 weeks. These guys were able to fix the problem once and for all at a fraction of what I paid the other company to do. They also worked on my roof. Yet again, I had a roofing company come out to do some work (by the way it took them MONTHS to get to me). Wright's Home Svcs was able to correct that problem two days after I mentioned the need for repair. They have also done painting, gutter cleaning, and some other smaller jobs here. I dont think of using anybody else at this point. Regardless of the job at hand, the professional attitude and actions of this group has been unmatched by other companies that 'specialize' in these jobs (i.e., plumbers, roofing companies, etc). I would strongly urge you to contact them if you have a repair, painting, or any type of maintenance need.

It's hard to find someone who can do everything you need without having to call several different companies and waste time getting a million estimates. Wright's Home Services changed the faucets in my bathroom, power washed my deck & driveway, shampooed my carpets, and hauled away a whole truck & trailer load of stuff my husband cleaned out of our garage and we only had to call one company instead of four! I am very pleased with the service and quality of workmanship we received and will gladly use them again for all our home repairs.

Rick accessed the problems in record time and took the time to explain to me why such a thing would occur and exactly what he would do to correct it. He also provided me with several options depending upon how much money I wanted to spend ( to make it look lovely or just merely functional ). He is polite, cleans up after himself and is careful not to disrupt anything in the process of meeting your needs. Very good about explaining things in "laymans" terms. Rick is very friendly, makes good eye contact and has a sense of humor. He has worked in my home for several years doing repair work both large and small. Very reasonable rates and prompt service.
